HIS: Chia seeds, spinach, almond milk, peanut butter, frozen avocado (replaces the need for ice), coconut oil, banana, organic cocoa powder (no sugar), Vanilla whey protein powder, and lastly, cinnamon!
All of the healthy stuff fades in the background and it just tasted like a chocolate peanut butter banana milkshake :P

Made some homemade spring rolls this weekend. Rice paper stuffed with sauteed carrots, bok choy, red cabbage, garlic, and crispy tofu. Tossed with soy sauce and sesame seeds! 10/10
