Welcome yogis! This month is Asana April, a great way to stay moving and mentally and physically healthy during this crazy time.
'Asana' means body posture or position, so each pose you perform, you are performing asana.
The challenge this month is to take a photo you holding a yoga pose everyday! You can post once a day and the poses must all be different. Be sure to check out the resources on the Asana April page for yoga pose inspiration!

Figure 4 chair pose, also ft. Leo. I have been practicing yoga for over 5 years, it is something I swear by. I use a lot of youtube videos and the app called Down Dog for my yoga routine inspiration. I also sometimes just put on some calming music and just flow. <3

Found a log while on a walk with the doggo and balanced into Warrior lii pose.
Don't have a photo to share but I use an app on my apple watch that tells me when to breathe and i do breathing exercises at my desk. Not much into Yoga but I do mediation, use essential oils, and sage rituals. I also have an app on my watch that tells me when to take a break and stretch or take a walk.
