Choosing a Goal

Having trouble thinking of a goal to accomplish this month? Here's a list of possible tasks you could take on broken down into categories:


  • Re-arrange your living space

  • Start that home improvement project 

  • Add live plants to your home or workspace

  • Organize that cluttered area of your home or workspace


  • Get rid of the junk food in your house and commit to not re-purchasing

  • Meal prep for the week

  • Stop drinking soda or alcohol

  • Prepare meals at home instead of eating out


  • Do something unexpected for a loved one (you could do their chores, make them a craft/gift, or make them a special dinner)

  • Plan a vacation


  • Have that tough conversation with your kids or family

  • Spend quality time with the elderly individuals in your life

  • Take family photos


  • Start working out X amount of time a week

  • Walk around your neighborhood

  • Get up earlier in the morning so you're not rushing out the door


  • Learn an instrument

  • Volunteer your time 

  • Register to vote

  • Meditate 10 minutes a day

  • Stop smoking
