Hi! Welcome to BeWell. The goal of this month is to challenge ourselves to incorporate more fresh foods into our daily diets, like fruits and vegetables. Fruits and veggies are essential components of our diets, and can even help to maintain a healthy weight, lower cholesterol, and lower blood sugar.
We want everyone to participate, so BeWell has incentives in place to encourage you to join in on the fun. This month will be a raffle. Each post you make to the ‘Fresh February’ chat in the Let’s Chat menu will count as one submission. Any individual can make up to three submissions a day (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) by uploading a photo of their meal that includes veggies to the chat. At the end of the month, we will draw 3 winners from the raffle.
